PROMOTION ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company Marta Duán. with address at Camino de los Tejos 21 33429, Siero, Asturias and identified with the NIF number 53511272R organizes the draw (hereinafter, "the Promotion") of international scope, to be developed through the Internet, in accordance with the provisions of the Participation requirements section.
START DATE AND END DATE
The Promotion will start on April 12, 2023 at 12:00 p.m. and will end on April 12 , 2023 at 10:00 p.m.
PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS
The participation requirements will be the following:
- Those who reside in any country and are over 18 years of age may participate.
- Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.
- Participants must comment on the brand's publication on the Instagram social network tagging and tagging 1 friend during the participation period.
- Participants must repost the brand's giveaway publication on the Instagram social network tagging said brand.
- Participants must follow the brand on the Instagram social network.
- Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If it is detected that a Participant participates with several profiles, they will be disqualified.
CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTION AND PRIZES
Contest winners will be chosen through an automated system. The winner will be notified every hour during the draw on April 12 through the brand's social profiles.
The prizes will consist of different Mas1 brand products made up of:
- 50 bags
- 50 plugins
- 20 gift cards
All participants who leave their email on the web will receive a €5 discount code to spend on the brand in 24 hours. These €5 can be spent with a minimum purchase of €30 in the brand.
Those people who do not accept the prize may receive a gift card valued at that amount in exchange.
By leaving the email on the platform, they agree to receive subsequent emails from the brand.
When the draw ends, the brand will contact the winners via Instagram, they have 48 hours from the end of the draw to claim the prize.
If the winner does not respond within three days, Marta Duran. reserves the right to leave the prize deserted. The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize are subject to current tax regulations.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
In the event that the shipment entails the payment of customs fees, the winner must be responsible for paying them.
The prize will be sent in the following 2-5 days from the end of the draw. In the event that the prize is returned to the company, it is not responsible for the new shipment.
DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES
If it is evident that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements set forth in the Bases, or the data provided to participate is not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded by virtue of this Promotion.
PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS
Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, insulting or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will not be allowed either. We are not responsible for the damages caused by the comments made by the Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants.
Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of the comments made by the Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Instagram Community Rules or the Instagram Conditions of Use.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
By way of example, but not limitation, we are not responsible for possible losses, thefts, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use made by the Participant regarding the prize you get from this Promotion.
We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the promotion from being carried out or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by Ancladén, SL, in order to manage the draw, as well as disseminate and publicize its results, and process the delivery of the prize. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Deletion, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetfulness and not be subject to automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to hola@mas1shop.com or by letter addressed to the following address: Camino de los Tejos 21 33429, Siero, Asturias , attaching in both cases a copy of an identification document.
CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE
We reserve the right to modify or expand these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion.
The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a draw of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the social network Facebook through which it is carried out.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance with these bases.
