We ship orders in 1 business day and this is how long it takes to arrive:

- Spain: 24-48h (Free)

- Spanish Islands: 8 days

- Europe: 3-7 days

- America: 4-10 days

- Asia and Australia: 6-12 days

First, the cover is clipped onto the housing with the little  carabiners.
The chain is then attached to the case with the large carabiners attached to the eye.

Important: Do not attach the chain tn the cover itself, attach it to the external case.

All our bags are 23.5 cm long, 15 cm high and 3.5 cm deep.

- The steel bags weigh around 800gr. They are made with stainless steel.

- The transparent methacrylate ones weigh around 300gr. They are made of methacrylate, which is a transparent, very rigid and resistant plastic material.

- The black ones weigh around 300gr. They are made of black methacrylate.

The short metal chains and the methacrylate one measure 64cm, being the shortest in the catalogue.

The double chain, studs, simple, combined and long in steel and methacrylate are longer, 90cm.

If you have made a purchase from Spain, you can access our returns portal and fill in the fields indicated.

A return label will be generated for you. Now pack your bag well (we need it to arrive in the same state that it arrived to handle the return without problems) and go to the Post Office of your choice within the next 4 days.

There, show the return label and they will print it out and attach it to your package. They will not charge you anything.

When it arrives, we will check that everything is perfect and we will refund what you paid, discounting €4 for return costs.

The amount will arrive back to the payment method you used in a period of up to 5 business days from when we do it.

If you want to make a return from a country other than Spain, contact us at hola@mas1shop.com with your name, order number and full address and we will send you a return label and the necessary instructions.

Our return period is 14 days from the time you receive your order.
To make a return, it is necessary that the product has not been used and is in the same condition as it was sent to you.
