Can I return my MAS1?

Sure!

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or a refund

“A return label will be generated for you. We need the item(s) to be in unused condition, in their original state and packaging”

If the product is in perfect condition, we will refund the amount you paid, discounting €4 for return costs.

Returning at MAS1 is a simple process

It is done from this returns portal .

RETURNS FROM SPAIN:

A shipping label will be generated for you that you have to stick on your package and take to the Post Office (to the office of your choice) within a period of up to 4 days from when you generated the label.

You do not have to pay anything at the Post Office, just leave the package.
Within days it will arrive and we will process the return.
We will check that everything is perfect and we will make the refund, which can take up to 5 days to arrive after we do it, depending on your bank.
