I bought a D bag boho that arrived on the 4th of jully, and simply wasn’t what I expected. I decided to make the return and sended it on the 10th of jully. I had to send two emails to have a reply with the label, to be able to send back the order.
Now, at the 21st of the same month, I have the information that the bag is back in the storage since the 14th, but nobody has contacted me. I’ve sended again two more emails, the bag has arrived, nobody did the refund, nobody replys. Horrible service.
I’m already contacting my lawyer, but it’s a regrettabel situation.

hello, please confirm that you have received the returned item because the quality was inadequate for me. i didnt like the leather and stitching it look like it will be damaged too quickly. not worth the price

I was charged £50 customs duty, I returned the parcel unopened paying another £25, and never received a refund, I lost £254 by purchasing this bag, and have nothing to show for it! Don’t buy if you live in the UK!!!!!
