Hice una devolución hace 15 días por un defecto y aun sigo esperando a ver si me devuelven otro bolso o el dinero....
he realizado la devolución del pedido al darme cuenta de que esta hecho de piel de vacuno, por la web “piel natural” no entendí que era de animal y no me gusta consumir productos de piel.
Llevo más de dos semanas esperando respuesta a un cambio de correa que gestioné nada más recibir el pedido. He escrito varias veces y no obtengo respuesta ni seguimiento del estado del cambio. Pésimo servicio postventa.
Me lo pongo para todo, casual y más elegante. Lo cogí con las dos correas y merece la pena 100%. Alta calidad y muy ponible! 😍
Me ha encantado mi nuevo Journal color topo. Muy bonito y elegante. Ya está en mi bolso y ahora a llenarlo de recuerdos.
Es mi cuarto bolso mas1 y la verdad que desde el primer bolso recomiendo mucho, son bonitos, super bien fabricados, diferentes y muy duraderos, es cierto que yo que no tengo mucho dinero tardo un poco en comprar pero os aseguro que compensa cada euro!
El bolso era para un regalo y en ese sentido bien, pero el servicio de mensajería que entregó el paquete me lo entregaron con la caja deformada y prácticamente rota y no la pude usar. Me quejé pero no sirvió de nada
The design is very cool and it has a great amount of space. The leather itself is a thinner than expected and the raw seems can irritate your neck if worn for long periods of time. I wore it to a festival and the raw seam rubbed against my neck all night which gave me a small rash. Other than that, the bag is a great buy. I would recommend seeing if you can get the edges smoothed/or rubber lined by a cobbler.

I’m personally not happy with this purchase. I had been looking forward to buying this bag for a while and really wanted to love it. Unfortunately, for the price, the quality feels disappointing. Although it’s vegan leather, it feels cheap, and there isn’t even an inside pocket. What makes it worse is the amount of extra fees. Between the $175 price tag, shipping, taxes at checkout, and an additional import fee required before the merchandise even enters the States, it becomes ridiculously overpriced for what you receive. Overall, I don’t feel this bag is worth the cost.”
