SHIPPING POLICY
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
If the estimated delivery time has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us at hola@mas1shop.com with your order number. We will review your case and offer a solution as soon as possible.
MAS1 is not responsible for failed deliveries due to errors or incomplete information in the shipping address provided during checkout.
Special Timeframes
During product launches, Black Friday, or holiday campaigns, preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to high demand.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hola@mas1shop.com.
– If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, we will issue a full refund, including shipping fees.
– If your order has already been handed to the carrier, we will no longer be able to cancel or refund it.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees in the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay these charges, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will issue a refund for the purchased items, minus any return-related costs.
Countries that often apply additional fees include: the United Kingdom, Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, the United States, Canada, Central and South American countries, among others.
